I helped bring up bunnies to L4 today. It was the first time I've seen the "farm." All the animals are fat. The geese were screaming when we came. The cats were hanging out in the shade. There were cages that separated the bunnies and chickens. When we left the goats started yelling. The bunnies were so cute. One was named Stew (I know..horrible) and the other one had a name but no one remembered what it was. I'm sort of glad that today's my last day on L4. The patients kept telling the bunnies that they would make a good dinner while petting them. The AT went along and said she had boots made out of rabbits fur. I didn't say anything but I tried to comfort the bunnies. Poor girls; They were shaking. I was laughing in my head when one of them bit a patients after she said he would be "yummy." Hopefully, I'll get to work with OT next week. If not, I told the volunteer coordinator that I'd be willing to do some paper pushing. That might be boring but at least I'd feel like I'm helping more.
